Avodah is a national Jewish service corps made up of young adults who spend a year of service working to combat poverty. Over its 18-year history the organization has added more than $14.7 million in staffing capacity to nearly 200 anti-poverty agencies and brought critical services to more than 588,000 people in need. Today Avodah is working to raise its visibility, increase the number of Jews it engages, and build on core strengths during a period of steady growth.
